If you are a small business owner or have an eCommerce store, take this advice and be one step ahead of your competition!

SEO, Backlinking and Internal Linking

Today I’m going to give you a tip about SEO – Search Engine Optimization and how to improve it. How to improve your rankings on Google search and other search engines. One of the tactics that you could possibly do, and I strongly recommend it, is related to the BLOG. I recommend that you have a blog on the MENU of your website home page. There, you should post regular articles about the field of work that you are covering. And, within it, you should use KEYWORDS that are related to your type of business and, by which, your targeted clientele will find you. The next reason why the blog is so important is related to the BACKLINKING and INTERNAL LINKING. So, what’s internal linking? Once you write a post within a blog you can provide a link to the other part of your website. For example, you're writing about your services or products in that article and you might say “If you want to know more about this, please click the link below.” or “If you want to contact us, click the link below”. So, that’s called internal linking. That’s a link within your website. Backlinking is when somebody else is linking your website within their articles or their posts. So, that’s called backlinking. Believe it or not, that will improve your SEO.
